Transforming lives through the practices of yoga and Pilates

My aim is to use the teachings of yoga and Pilates to help my clients bring positive change into their lives. Everything that happens to us is reflected in our bodies and leaves impressions on the mind both conscious and unconscious. Through improving body awareness and meditation, we can begin to see with clarity the patterns we have developed. This can empower us to make choices which improve our quality and experience of life, bringing:
