Qualified Pilates Instructor REPS Level 4 Exercise Consultant for the Management of Lower Back Pain

Holly teaches Pilates classes and one to one sessions in Cambridge offering mat based and large Pilates equipment programmes (including Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac).
Having come to Pilates as rehabilitation for her own back pain problems caused by scoliosis, she immediately fell in love with this exercise method. It brought greater mobility, alignment and ease to her body.
Through her own experiences and exploration of how the body moves and responds, Holly has developed a very 'hands on approach' to her teaching. This empowers her clients to develop a greater understanding and awareness of their own bodies and movement. She has also trained as an instructor for the Exercise Management of Low Back pain enabling her to develop individual programmes for her many clients who come with back problems. Holly's unique skills and sensitivity have led her to build a very successful practice in Cambridge, specialising in rehabilitation from injuries, illness and chronic conditions as well as improving general fitness and wellbeing. Holly’s sessions are always fun and set at a level to safely challenge her students according to their own personal ability level.
