This new class will be a gentle introduction to yoga, including posture work with adaptations to suit everyone, breath work, relaxation and meditation all steeped in yoga philosophy

These sessions are geared to the needs of the client. After an initial consultation a programme for the  practice is agreed. Sessions can be arranged at intervals to suit the client e.g weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
