Mindfulness and Yoga retreat in Turkey 2016

Come and experience the standard 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course in a week, in the beautiful surroundings of South West Turkey
Wake up to a morning  session of Yoga in this peaceful secluded location, just outside the riverside village of Dalyan. This family run resort is the perfect place to retreat from the stresses of daily living, learn the skill of quieting the mind and return to human 'being' rather than human 'doing'. 

Mindfulness is 'fitness for the mind'
Research has established the following benefits of a regular mindfulness practice:
  • regular meditators are happier and more contented than average
  • memory improves, reaction times become faster and mental and physical stamina increase
  • regular meditators enjoy better and more fulfilling relationships
  • the key indicators of chronic stress, including hypertension are reduced
  • meditation reduces the impact of serious conditions, such as chronic pain and cancer.

  • depression, anxiety and irritability , decrease with regular meditation
  • meditation bolsters the immune system, helping to fight off colds, flu and other diseases
